Program of Science and Information Department. The program provides public speeches of well-known intellectuals and scientists who will present the results of their researches and narrate the audience which ideological background motivated the orientation of their work. The modern art territory has been living an active life. As for the theoretical and research activities around art and culture, it is not represented in public due to the fact that the discourse on culture, art and politics are often subordinated to the logic of journalistic writing, avoiding a serious and in-depth reflection. Public lectures at the NCCA about the research in the field of philosophy, cultural theory, political theory, will help to further integrate these areas into the public discourse on culture, art and politics.
