On foot: the most convenient route is from the Barrikadnaya metro station along the Bolshaya Gruzinskaya street, then turn to the Zoologicheskaya street.

By car: drive along the outer side of the Sadovoye Koltso, take the turn to the Krasin street, go to Tishinskaya square, turn left to the Bolshaya Gruzinskaya street, then turn left to the Zoologicheskaya street. You cannot turn to the Zoologicheskaya street from the Krasin street (one-line traffic).
