The program is devoted to the problems of identification and actualization of Kaliningrad / Koenigsberg's cultural and historical heritage. It is aimed at the study of universal time links and their interpretation through contemporary artistic means. This program is closely connected with the future residence of the Branch - the tower and mansard of the casern «Kronprinz», a monument of fortification architecture of the 19th century.
